2016 Goals

Confession about me: I love to journal.  I have stacks of journals that I write in daily/weekly/monthly.  It’s one of my favorite hobbies.  I enjoy reflecting on my day, making lists, and using it as a way to keep my brain organized.  Here are my goals for 2016 (broken up into categories to appease my left-brained thinking.

5 Goals for Love You More Too for 2016

  1. Share new healthy recipes (or fun twists on old ones)
  2. Make a detailed guide of some of my favorite local restaurants
  3. Do at least 2 giveaways during the year
  4. Create a following and remain engaged
  5. Encourage Colton to guest post at least once a month

5 Fitness Goals for 2016

  1. Run a marathon before the end of the year
  2. Upgrade to 3 lbs weights in Barre
  3. Do 25 pushups (off knees) without stopping
  4. Workout at least 5/7 mornings each week
  5. Try new workouts during the summer

5 Food Goals for 2016

  1. Try new menu items at my favorite restaurants
  2. Meal prep on Sundays to stick with meal plans
  3. Cut back on sweets- make healthier options
  4. Drink at least 64 oz of water every day
  5. Visit all of these restaurants

5 Life Goals for 2016

  1. Go some place I have never been
  2. Keep house clean
  3. Learn to use Colton’s camera and edit photos
  4. Watch all AA nominated best pictures (there is only 8 this year, and we’ve seen 2) before the awards
  5. Be more positive in difficult situations
