I have not posted my favorites all summer, so I am very excited to bring this segment back. This month, I had a bit of a sweet tooth, so please forgive all the sweets. Also, I am excited to share some fun ideas now that school is back in session to make packing lunches even easier.
Cage Free Fresh Hard-Cooked Peeled Eggs
I love hard boiled eggs, but I hate cooking them at home. If you have ever made them, you know they stink up your whole house. Now, you can get them cooked and peeled (which is the second most annoying part of eggs). These have become my breakfast staple at work. They are affordable and convenient. Definitely worth adding to your next grocery list.
Dude! These Neapolitan Joe-Joe’s are so flippin’ good. These are made with a chocolate cookie wafer and vanilla cookie wafer with strawberry flavored creme with freeze-dried strawberries. I love the original flavor Joe-Joe’s and rarely stray away from it. This one absolutely takes the cake, or the cookie, so to speak.
Mini Orange Cranberry Tea Scones
These tea scones are the perfect compliment to any breakfast. I don’t drink coffee, but I imagine they would be great with a cup of joe. They have chunks of cranberry and orange that make for a delicious celebration inside your mouth.
Caesar Style Salad Kit
I have waited for years for this and now it’s here!! The pizza and pastas at Trader Joe’s are awesome, and this salad rounds off any Italian meal perfectly. It comes with the lettuce, cheese, croutons, and seasoning. Since it all comes in the kit, it’s simple to put together and serve with any meal.
Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie
If you are ready for an easy way to impress your friend at your next dinner party, grab the deep dish chocolate chip cookie. Heat it up in the oven, or quickly in the microwave if you can’t wait. Don’t forget to top it off with some ice cream and maybe a dab of fudge. You may be surprised how quickly this disappears.
