I absolutely love the beautiful, nautical feel to this bright and open restaurant. Honestly, I am rethinking my home decor and want to change everything to match this.
What to drink
Hudson House has a beautifully curated drink menu. During brunch, the full drink menu, as well as some brunch specials, are available.
We loved the frozen bellini. It’s strong, fruity, and delicious.
What to eat
One of the many things that Hudson House does right are their bagels. Not only do they come with a selection of cream cheese and veggies, there are also a variety of proteins to choose from.
If you are eating with a group of 4-6, order the Hudson Tower. It’s perfect for even the most indecisive person because it comes with all of the proteins, bagels, an cream cheeses.
Fresh Raw Oysters are also available. If you know anything about oysters, you know that East Coast oysters are some of the best around.
The Power Breakfast has all of the proteins needed to keep you feeling full and healthy. I loved the maple bacon lardon, poached eggs, berries, and avocado.
Hudson House also has Eggs Benny served with one of three different proteins, ham, salmon, or lobster.
There are plenty of options for the savory brunch fan. These protein-rich options taste great and will have you full in no time.
The Berry Pancakes are served with a warm espresso butter and boysenberry syrup.
If the French Toast isn’t already perfectly sweetened, its topped with honey butter drizzle and whipped vanilla cream.
Their menu boasts other sweet treats like Velvet Chicken and Waffles and Lemon Pancakes.
