Last month, I was invited to the Blogger Brunch Galentine’s Day at Dolce Riviera. We tried on lip colors, learned about Beauty Kind, and shared laughs and stories with one another. Exactly what you would expect at a Galentine’s Day brunch. I treasure my Saturday mornings spent with these beautiful blogger babes and love the connections I have made from these brunches.
About Dolce Riviera
Dolce Riviera is a beautiful Italian restaurant in the Harwood District in Uptown Dallas. They are known for their incredible wine selection, delicious food, and completely stunning ambiance. Their brunch menu features Italian favorites, a great crepe selection, omelette station, and some traditional breakfast plates.
I was in awe at how beautiful everything in this restaurant was. Their attention to detail is impeccable. You are surrounded by beauty if you sit at the bar, inside, outside on the patio, or in the covered atrium area
What to eat
Start brunch off with a mimosa, otherwise you are just eating breakfast. Yes, that is an orange peel with Dolce Riviera branded on it. I geeked out a bit.
For the traditional Italian lover
No matter what you choose to eat, have a slice (or two or three) of their warm bread.
Spaghetti alla bolognese is hearty and flavorful.
The gnocchi alla bolognese is also wonderful.
For the savory breakfast lover
Try one of the Uova Benedicts (there are a few different ones on the menu).
There are also a variety of frittatas to choose from.
If you are more of a traditional eggs, meat, potatoes, and toast, they have that too.
For the sweet breakfast lover
Don’t miss out on the cornflake crusted French toast.
If you are like me, you will take every opportunity to have dessert for breakfast. This crepe alla banana was topped with powdered sugar and Nutella.
I would like to give a huge shutout to Beauty Kind for sponsoring our Galentines Blogger Brunch. If you haven’t heard of Beauty Kind, they sell your favorite makeup brands at the same prices as your favorite store. The difference? They donate 5% of the purchase to a charity of your choice. Next time you need to buy makeup and beauty products, do it through them, and help someone else.
Also, Olive Grove Designs killed it with the floral arrangements again.
