February is the month for love and tons of couple events. If you have always wanted to bring your boy to your favorite fitness class, go wine tasting, have a five course dinner, there is an event for you. Most of these events are even great if you go solo, so don’t let the couple thing get you down. Here are a few of my favorite food and fitness events in north Dallas in February. Check back periodically, because I update as more events as they come in.
Lucious Red Wine Dinner
Make February 5 the day of 5s at Urban Crust. Grab a few friends and try 5 delicious courses paired with 5 different red wines. Tickets are $59 and include everything, including tip. RSVP here today.
Bolly X Dance Party
Bring all of your friends on February 8 at 7:30 to Fenton’s Dance Factory for BollyX. BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired fitness class and is open to all fitness levels. Class is free, but be sure to register here.
Bring Your Babe to the Barre
February 10 is your chance to show the man in your life (husband, boyfriend, dad, brother, friend, etc.) just what your Barre Code workouts are all about. Members pay only $25 per couple and non-members pay $35, so register today before the spots are gone.
Cupids Couples Run
Race with your significant other, best friend, or by yourself on Saturday February 10 at Tupp’s Brewery. Register here, or volunteer and get your ticket for free.
Rescue Goat Yoga for Charity
Join TUPPS Brewery and Lone Star Ranch and Rescue at The McKinney Cotton Mill for an indoor yoga class with goats on Sunday February 11, 11am-2pm. Enjoy TUPPS beer and an hour of goat play after class. Yoga class is $25 and spots are almost full, so grab your ticket today. You can also register for just the free playtime here.
Galentines Bare and Bubbles
Sign up for one of The Barre Code Plano‘s 2 FREE classes on February 13. Be sure to bring your best girl friend and stay for some bubbles after class. Try 5:45- Barre-Lesque or 6:45 Barre Code. Sign ups will open February 6 and will fill up fast.
Bends and Brunch
Join YogaFit in Plano for a FREE hour yoga class followed by drinks and light snacks on February 16 at 10:15am. RSVP on the Facebook page to reserve your spot.
Zenflow
Join The Barre Code Plano on Sunday February 18 for a 75 minute yoga class led by Keith Bautista. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association. Class is $20 for members and $30 for non-members. Mat and socks are required. Register for this class here.
Whiskey Tasting and Dinner
Check out Urban Crust on February 19 for a four course dinner paired with four different kinds of whiskey. Tickets are $64 per person and include everything, so save your seat before they fill up.
Comfort Food and Tasty Spirits Cocktail Dinner
Enjoy five courses and five craft cocktails at Urban Rio on February 20 for their monthly cocktail dinner. Tickets cost $52.50 and include everything, so grab yours today.
Sea Breeze Cooking Class
Join nutritionist and culinary expert Cindy Kleckner at Sea Breeze in Plano for a cooking class. Learn to make 3-4 seafood recipes paired with wine for $60 a person. Reserve your spot today before it fills up.

Free yoga in the park
Every Sunday in February at 9:00am, take a free yoga class with Uptown Yoga at the park in The Colony. Bring your dog to hang out in the dog park while you enjoy an hour long session.
