This month, I want to share a special home edition of my monthly favorites. After I shared my reveal of my historical home tour, I had several people reach out to me to ask about where I found certain items. As promised, here are my favorite products and things for your home.
Favorite place to buy furniture
West Elm has always been my favorite place to buy furniture, but I know it isn’t in everyone’s budget. Most of my West Elm pieces (dining room table, TV stand, and bedroom set) were bought when I was still living the DINK life (double income, no kids), but I still splurged on a few other things in the last few months.
This coffee table has brought so much joy to my life.
All of my bedroom and couch decor pillows are from West Elm too.
Favorite wall art
Facebook/Instagram targeted marketing works, y’all. Right when I moved in, I started seeing all of these posters show up on my feeds. Now, my house is filled with them.
Hallway: Miami print
The easiest way to spruce up any shelf, corner, table, etc. is with fresh flowers and candles. I am your typical girl that loves Volcano Candles and Fruity/vanilla smelling candles and has at least one in every room. Every other week at the grocery store, I grab a fresh bouquet of flowers, or Adam will surprise me with some.
Slight confession. Many of my flowers are fake and never need to be replaced. Thank you Target and West Elm for having a great selection.
Favorite plant shop
All of the other plants in my house are real and I picked them up at the local organic plant shop, Redenta’s. My snake plant, air plants, hanging plants, and indoor garden are all from there. I love the variety of plants they offer and how helpful the staff is there. If you live anywhere near there, I would highly recommend them.
Favorite Amazon finds
Check out my Amazon page, where I have linked all of the things I bought on Amazon for my house. Here you can find my coat rack, desk chair, plant ladder, dog gate, picture frames, and candles.
1- This month, I went to an event with Absolut Vodka and helped raise awareness for their collaboration with Water For People. Which, by the way, you can participate in through April 22 by just posting a photo of you raising a glass or any copper vessel, include the hashtag #RaiseItForward and tag @absolutelyx and @waterforpeople in the caption. Include the hashtag #RaiseItForwardTX to be entered in a giveaway for some great prizes.
2- Enjoyed a spa day at Belfiore Spa.
3- Had a great time with Adam and our friends at Bowlero Watauga. We drank the largest Moscow Mule, ate delicious foods, and laughed our butts off bowling and playing in the arcade.
4- Delicious Dallas Blogger Brunch at Bellagreen.
5- I ended March with a bang at the Ranger’s game with Adam, a couple of his brothers and friends. Rangers beat the cubs, so it was a double fun night for me.
