McKinney color fun fest The end of April was so crazy busy with events and birthday festivities, I completely forgot to post some May North Dallas events. Well, fear no more…it’s better late than never! Here are some fun things to do for the last two weeks of May!
Shop’s at Park Lane’s Fitness Fridays
Join the Shop’s for a free 60-minute cardio barre class at The Park (right between Starbucks and Crisp Salad Co.) from 12pm to 1pm every Friday in May.
Namaste and Chardonnay
Murphy Craft Beer Festival
For all you beer lovers out there, Murphy is hosting its first annual craft beer festival. Music, beer, and food trucks? It sounds like a Colton dream.
Next weekend, May 20-22, is Richardson’s Wildflower! Festival. Although this is not a “food” and “fitness” event, it is a fun event featuring the Taste of Texas Food Garden with tons of Texas food vendors. This event is family-friendly and draws in 65,000 people annually. It has grown this year to include six performance stages. Click here for ticket information and pricing.
Barre and Bites
On May 21 from 9-11 am, join Ginger, Janna, and a ton of other DFW friends for a barre class and bites from Lyfe Kitchen and more. Your ticket purchase will benefit MOVEMEANT foundation (and get you entered in the raffle for some amazing prices!), so come hang out with me on the bridge!
McKinney Color Fun Fest
The North Dallas Color Fun Fest will be held in McKinney May 28! Whether you are an early bird or night owl, there is a race for you to enjoy!
Free Yoga at Haggard Park
Before you start your Memorial Day celebration, join in on the fun and the sun on Monday May 30 at 9:30 for a yoga class at Haggard Park hosted by Yoga Tree.
