If you have walked in to Trader Joe’s at any point in the last few weeks, you may have been overwhelmed by the amount of pumpkin spice everything. In a perfect world, I would list everything for you, since all the pumpkin things are good. Seriously, this is my favorite time of the year. However, I wanted to limit it to a few tried and true items that I am most excited about. Yes, they all include pumpkin, and they will all rock your #basic world. I usually highlight five favorites, because I am a fan of alliteration. Today, however, I have six for you. As Colton would say, “you’re welcome.”
This pumpkin walks into a bar
These cereal bars are my go to quick breakfast before a workout. Every fall, they stock up on the pumpkin bars, so I stock up at home. They contain no artificial flavors or preservatives and are made with real pumpkin.
I love making breakfast, but I don’t always have time to make a feast every morning. These frozen pumpkin waffles make it easy to eat a great meal in a hurry. I like to crush up pecans and top it with maple syrup. Bonus favorite: grab a bottle of this bourbon barrel aged maple syrup and thank me later.
Pumpkin spice granola
One of my favorite things about Trader Joe’s is their granola variety. The pumpkin spice granola is no exception. It combines many of my favorite fall flavors; real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey raisins and more. You can add it to a pumpkin spice smoothie bowl or top your yogurt with it.
Pumpkin body butter
Not only do I crave everything pumpkin to eat during the fall, but I enjoy smelling like pumpkin and fall too. Trader Joe’s carries the perfect, fall-smelling pumpkin body butter. It moisturizes dry skin like no other lotion, and doesn’t have that sticky feeling afterwards.
Organic frosted toaster pastries
Did you eat Poptarts as a kid? My brother and I were crazy about them, so I was ecstatic to find these organic frosted toaster pastries at Trader Joe’s. Although they carry a variety of flavors, the pumpkin is my favorite.
Petite pumpkin spice cookies
Meet your newest addiction. These pumpkin spice cookies make the perfect after dinner treat, or go well with your morning coffee. Either way you eat them, you won’t be able to eat just one.
