After months of isolation, I have slowly been making my way out of the house to dine it at a few different restaurants that I know are following CDC protocols and guidelines. When Bulla Gastrobar reached out about their new lunch menu special, I couldn’t wait to check it out. They have some of the best Spanish Tapas in DFW.
Bulla offers indoor and outdoor seating. During lunch, it wasn’t busy at all, and there was plenty of room to be spaced far apart from other tables. Masks are required for all employees. Guests must wear masks while not sitting at the table.
What to drink
Just because you are there for lunch doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a drink from the bar. Unless you are working and can’t. Fortunately, I get a mini summer break, so no work to report to.
A couple of great picks the Gin and Tonic and Bougie Palmer.
What to eat
The Pick 2 lunch special is only $14.95 and includes 2 delicious courses. It’s fun with at least one other person, because you can mix, match, and share.
Course 1 suggestions:
The Ham Croquettes remain my favorite appetizer on the menu.
Another delicious, popular item are the Patatas Bravas.
Course 2 suggestions:
If you’re looking for a perfect lunch option, order one of the sandwiches, like the Half Cubano Iberico Sandwich.
For a lighter option, try the Chicken Pintxo Platter.
In addition to the pick 2, they still offer other favorites like the Pan con Tomate with ham and cheese.
Don’t forget dessert. Churros con Chocolate are always a good choice.
Head over to Legacy West and check out the Bulla Gastrobar Pick 2 special.
Thank you to Bulla Gastrobar for having us out. As always, all thoughts and opinions remain my own. I will never recommend something I don’t love myself.
